These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your use of this website ("Site"). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not use the site.

1. Use of the Site

1.1 The Site is provided to you for your personal use subject to these T&Cs. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. .

2. Data protection

2.1 Personal data contained on this Site is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 ("the Act") and in compliance with the eight principles of the Act. These principles require personal data to be:-

2.1.1 processed fairly and lawfully;

2.1.2 obtained only for one or more specified and lawful purposes;

2.1.3 adequate, relevant and not excessive;

2.1.4 accurate and kept up to date;

2.1.5 kept for no longer than is necessary;

2.1.6 processed in accordance with the rights of a data subject under the Act;

2.1.7 protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage; and

2.1.8 prevented from transfer to a country which does not have an adequate level of protection of the rights and freedoms of data subjects.

3. Amendments

3.1 We may update these T&Cs from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the Site. It is your responsibility to check this page to ensure you are aware of the contents of the most up to date terms and conditions at any given time. Changes will apply to the use of the Site immediately, and if you do not wish to accept the new terms and conditions you should not continue to use the Site. If you continue to use the Site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Site will indicate your agreement to be bound by the new terms and conditions.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices.

5. Your use of the Site

5.1 You may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:

5.1.1 in a way that causes or may cause damage to the Site or hinder the availability or access ability of the Site;

5.1.2 any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity or to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which is associated with any malicious computer software;

5.1.3 making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without our prior written permission; or

5.1.4 in any way that contravenes the data protection principles set out in clauses 2.1.

5.2 You will be responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of this clause 5.

6. Availability of the Site

6.1 Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at the Site will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the services will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the Site you should report it to info@welshfootballtrust.org.uk and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.

6.2 Your access to the Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the services as soon as reasonably practicable.

7. Our liability

7.1 The Site provides content from other internet sites or resources and while we try to ensure that material included on this website is correct, reputable and of high quality, we do not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to the content.

7.2 If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site, we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as reasonably practicable.

7.3 Nothing in these T&Cs will exclude or limit our liability for fraud or negligence resulting in death or personal injury or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited.

7.4 Our liability to you in relation to the use of the Site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will be limited as follows:

7.4.1 we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever;

7.4.2 we will not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss or damage;

7.4.3 we will not be liable for any loss of profit, income, revenue, contracts, business, goodwill, reputation, data or information; and

7.4.4 we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Third party website

8.1 The Site includes links to other websites or materials which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for the content of any other such websites or materials.

9. Advertising and sponsorship

9.1 The Site may contain advertising and sponsorship material. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that materials submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible to you for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

10. Indemnity

10.1 You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these T&Cs.

11. Applicable law

11.1 These T&Cs will be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to these T&Cs.

12. International use

12.1 We make no promise that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom and accessing the Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you chose to access the Site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance of local laws.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 You may not transfer any of your rights under these T&Cs to any other person. We may transfer, subcontract or otherwise deal with our rights under these T&Cs without any recourse to you.

13.2 If you breach these T&Cs and we choose to ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach these T&Cs.

13.3 We will not be responsible for any breach of these T&Cs caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13.4 If any provision of these T&Cs is found by any Court or any competent authority to be unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.
