The central aim of the Fun Football Programme is to increase regular participation amongst boys and girls in a safe, enjoyable and productive environment.

The Accredited Organisation

An accredited Fun Football Organisation is permitted to deliver a nationally recognised programme endorsed by the FAW,Welsh Football Trust, and national team sponsor, Vauxhall, having demonstrated the highest standards in:

• Child Welfare 
• Equal Opportunities
• Health and Safety
• Equipment and Facilities
• Coach Education and Technical Development

Accredited organisations will be monitored and assessed by the Welsh Football Trust on a regular basis to maintain their accreditation. The criteria for the programme can be downloaded from the resources of this section.

How can i register my organisation on the Vauxhall Fun Football programme?

After reviewing the criteria and agreeing to achieve charter mark status, organisations will have to demonstrate compliance with the quality standards set. After completing an application form providing a calander of fun days, the organisation will be assigned a county football development officer who will ensure the criteria is met over the following 12 months. The organisation is then required to complete and submit a monthly participation sheet to their county football development officer.
