The FAW National Futsal Cup is an annual competition where teams can compete for prize money and the opportunity to play in Europe. The inaugural FAW National Futsal Cup will take place in June 2011

The Qualifying Rounds will determine the eight teams to qualify for the National Finals with all eight Finalists guaranteed a share of the £4,250 Prize Money. The winning team will enter into the UEAF Futsal Cup qualifying round in August.

The Competition, which will be regionalised for the Qualifying Rounds, is open to all Futsal teams affiliated to their Area Association.

Futsal is the only small-sided version of football, recognised by UEFA and FIFA with the FAW realising its importance in technical development.
