Coaches within Wales who have recently accessed any FAW Coach Education courses will be aware that there is now a Youth and Senior pathway in operation. This gives coaches in Wales the best opportunity to make their coaching more specific to the age group they are working with.

Coaches who have attended the UEFA B Licence and FAW C Certificate courses from July 2010 onwards will be able to access the Transition Workshops.  The Transition Workshops will enable you to have both a Youth and Senior qualification at the level you have gained.

Within this document it explains how you can develop your qualification from Youth to Senior or Senior to Youth. The document also states how you can gain a Youth or Senior qualification if the qualification was gained prior to 2010.
